Derived from the companies’ articles of association, the main purpose is the handling of customer contracts. Secondary aims are personnel administration and supplier management, sales representative support and prospective client support. The data collection, processing and use is carried out to perform the functions specified above.

Customers, employees, suppliers, prospective clients, job applicants, sales representatives.

5.1. Data or data categories:
Customer data, employee data, supplier data, job applicant data, sales representative data, prospective client data and data where this is necessary to comply with the functions specified under 4.

6.0. Recipients of the data or categories of recipients:
Public offices where overriding statutory provisions prevail, external contractors in accordance with § 11 BDSG (Federal Data Protection Act), and external offices and departments of companies specified under item 1, in order to comply with the functions specified under 4.

7.0. Statutory periods for the deletion of the data:
The legislator has enacted a variety of obligations and time limits relating to the retention of data. Once these periods have elapsed, the relevant data is routinely deleted. Where data is not affected hereby, it will be deleted whenever the functions specified under 4 cease to apply.

8.0. Planned data transfer to third countries (outside of the EU/EEA):
There is currently no transfer to third countries taking place.
